Rebecca Judd is one of Australia’s busiest and best-known personalities, working as a television presenter and brand ambassador for some of the country’s biggest companies. She is also a Speech Pathologist, wife and mum to Oscar (aged 4) and Billie (2).
Bec started her modelling career in 2000 and before too long had secured many lucrative international campaigns for Nestle, Coca Cola, JVC and Lynx. She was also a ‘house model’ for Chanel and walked the catwalk for Gucci, Prada, Calvin Klein, La Perla and Dior.
In 2008 Bec moved to Melbourne from her hometown of Perth with Chris, and consequently undertook ambassador roles with some of Australia’s best known brands including the role of Racing Ambassador for retail giant MYER, a position she held for 5 years. Bec is also the face of high-end jeweller Paul Bram Diamonds, as well as being an ambassador for luxury brands including Dior Watches, Melbourne City Land Rover and Jaguar. She has recently worked with a widespread list of household names including Country Road, Reece, L’Oreal Paris, ghd, Nine West, Freedom Furniture and Lipton.
Her confidence, poise and flawless beauty have landed her multi-year contracts with Channel Nine, hosting popular travel show Postcards and presenting the weekend weather on Nine News.
At the end of 2012 Bec launched her fashion and lifestyle blog Bec Judd Loves (RJL). RJL spawned from her desire to share the amazing products and experiences she has been lucky enough to discover in her role as television presenter, model, mother, wife, brand ambassador and speech pathologist. RJL quickly developed a loyal following and is one of the most highly read blogs in Australia, averaging over 100,000 unique visitors per month. Being coined the ‘queen of cool’ in all areas home, kids, beauty, fashion, working and Mum-things, joining new lifestyle website Super Savvy Me in 2015 as their contributing editor was a natural fit for Bec.
Bec’s passion for interior design and her natural creative eye has led to many notable projects and opportunities. This includes her teaming up with highly regarded property developer R.Corp as a Lifestyle and Design collaborator. She designed multiple sell out ranges of bedding and soft furnishings for Adairs as well as two rugs for The Rug Collection. In 2014, she launched the webTV mini-series ‘The Style School’ which fast became an online sensation, generating more than 250,000 hits on Bec’s website alone. This success was followed up with a second series featuring a full renovation and styling of a 2-bedroom unit in Melbourne in 2015. The much-anticipated Series 3 will be aired in 2016, so stay tuned!
Bec has a Bachelor of Science Degree (HCS) and has worked as a speech pathologist at The Alfred Hospital and Cabrini Hospital in Melbourne, predominately with adults who have suffered head injuries. With a passion for helping others particularly those in need, Bec has been an ambassador for Save The Children and currently is for the Mother’s Day Classic in support of BCNA. Her motherly instinct drew her to supporting a recent child safety awareness campaign for the Victorian Government on Never Leaving Kids in cars.
Her greatest achievements to date are her children, Oscar and Billie.
